Making A Purchase Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.
We accept credit card payments. We will manually process your payment after adding appropriate shipping.
We accept Visa and Mastercard. We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship. Backordered items are not charged until they are shipped. You may provide your credit card information via phone, fax, snail mail or over the Internet.
When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. Shipping And Handling We will add freight charges when we process and fill your order. Our standard shipping method is UPS Ground. You may request expedited services by indicating as such during the checkout phase. All freight is F.O.B. Richfield, WI USA unless other arrangements have been made. If you have your own shipping account and wish to be billed directly, please provide the desired shipping method and account number.
Large shipments will go by truck. If you have special arrangements with a preferred carrier, please contact us by phone at 800-733-4204
Delivery Schedule We deliver your order right away. We will normally send your order to you the same day we receive it (Monday - Friday) . Generally speaking, orders placed before 1:00 PM CST will ship the same day. Certain items such as controllers that need to be programmed may require several addition hours lead time to ship same day.
Back Orders If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.
Tax ChargesFor orders made from within the United States sales tax will be apllied to all in state orders that do not hold a valid state sellers permit. Our business is operated from Wisconsin All other orders are tax free.
